Stayed for 3 nights, love how convenient the location was. Quiet nights with close enough to the station in the day to go whenever you wish in the Tokyo area. Highly recommend it if you don't mind a 7 minute walk from the Gotanda Station.

Overall a good experience. The staff are friendly and the rooms are neat and clean, although typically small. There was about a 10 inch step up into the bathroom which was a little inconvenient and the functional bathroom was very small. I couldn't get one USB point to work but the other did so it didn't inconvenience me. I failed to notify them of this when leaving. Apologies to the next guests 😔. A fair walk from the station but easy to find and I enjoyed the walk. Lots of shops to get takeaway meals and any supplies needed. As I said, overall a good experience.

Fantastic hotel in Tokyo, conveniently located near both Gotanda and Osaki Stations (Gotanda is on the JR Yamanote Line, which is the line that circles the centre of Tokyo so you don't often have to change trains to get around). Rooms are a little bigger than others we had in Tokyo. Fast wifi, CNN (English language) on TV, very friendly staff, free luggage storage, free umbrellas for guest use. Kettle and fridge in the room, microwave downstairs. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A well-stocked supermarket is only a block away.
