Our restaurant’s seating is all in private rooms. You can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
[September–June] Main dish: Sukiyaki with 200 g of Joshu Wagyu and locally grown vegetables
[July–August] Main dish: Ceramic teppanyaki of Gunma-brand Joshu Wagyu
Enjoy up to eight dishes including an appetizer plate with seven types of seasonal ingredients, sashimi made with Gunma’s finest rainbow trout (the “Ginko”), sea bream and scallops, paper-wrapped grilled Gunma vegetables, and broiled Joshu Wagyu sushi.
Shabu-shabu dinner of Joshu Wagyu and Joshu Mugibuta pork
This shabu-shabu meal is prepared with the Joshu-brand beef and pork for which Gunma is most famous.
It is a traditional Japanese meal using seasonal ingredients.
