    Large Communal Bath

    The hot spring used by our hotel was started up by a group with the hot spring journalist and explorer Etsuo Noguchi (1947 – 2008) as its central figure. Noguchi coined many specialist terms pertaining to hot springs, such as “nigori-yu” and “tachiyori-yu,” and his group conducts studies of hot springs all over the country.

    We are registered with the ”Nihon Onsen Isan o Mamoru-kai” as a “Gensen Kakenagashi-furo.” That is to say, we make use of a natural spring, not a recirculation filtration system.
    We use a spring rich in metasilicic acid, which moisturizes the skin.

    You can enjoy the spacious indoor baths of the hot spring.

    Uses 100% water flowing directly from the spring
    Sensing the changing of the seasons at the outdoor baths and soaking leisurely in the large communal baths will relieve your travel fatigue.
    We promise that the fragrance of the gentle water will heal body and mind.
