From March 1, 2019 (Friday), Horai Chinese Restaurant is preparing for you a special Xie-xie (“Thank You”) à la Carte Banquet Menu that will bring you the taste of spring. In addition to this meal’s sumptuous menu, even its exceptionally reasonable price of 3,900 yen was decided on to convey our thanks for a terrific first year, as “3-9” in Japanese is san-kyuu, which sounds similar to “Thank you!” We hope you enjoy!

20 different dishes that will deliver the taste of spring! Our “Xie-xie à la Carte Banquet Menu” will allow you to enjoy a rich menu of Chinese delicacies.

Appetizers 1
Jellyfish seasoned with mountain vegetables and spring green smoothie / Whole shrimp pickled in Chinese rice wine, seasoned with rape blossom and Yachimata-grown peanuts

Appetizers 2
Cherry anthias sashimi with the scent of peanuts, seasoned with pea sprouts and cherry shrimp / Colorful root vegetables and Cantonese-style roast pork fillet / Yodare chicken with spring cabbage
