Kashima Central Hotel (located in Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture) will open on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the New Building will be rebranded to a full-service Art-brand hotel under the name ART Hotel Kashima Central, and the Main Building will be rebranded to a FLEXSTAY INN-brand medium- to long-term stay hotel under the name FLEXSTAY INN Kashima Central.
New Building Deluxe Twin Room (38.3m2)The hotel’s Main Building was opened in 1972, and in June 2000, the “Kashima Central Hotel New Building” opened next to the Main Building. Towering at 78.2 meters above ground, the New Building is the tallest landmark hotel in the Rokko area. This full-service hotel with strong community ties offers a wide variety of guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, a chapel, a temple, and hot spring facilities. The Houou-no-Ma (Phoenix Room) grand banquet hall is a particularly impressive room, boasting over 1,280 square meters of space for accommodating up to 1,500 people for a wide variety of meetings, including conferences, memorial ceremonies, exhibitions, and wedding receptions.
