Discover a wide variety of colorful dishes unique to this tropical resort, including Soy Meat Mapo Tofu with appetizing spices, Gluten-Free Spicy Dandan Rice Noodles, and Island Tofu Salad or Garlic Stir-Fried Greens and Bird’s-Nest Fern, all made using local Okinawa ingredients.
