Notes for use
- Communication fees (data charges) for using the service are the responsibility of the user.
- You can only enter your room after the hotel check-in time.
- Only credit card payments are accepted when using this system.
- In accordance with the laws of Japan, all foreign nationals staying at the hotel and who do not have an address in Japan must present their passport at the hotel reception during check-in, so that a photocopy of the passport can be taken for identification purposes.
- The hotel will send a message to guests’ smartphones to stop by the hotel front desk when there is important information to share. In that case, please make sure to stop by the hotel front desk.
- In accordance with the guidelines of local governments and public health centers, the hotel staff may confirm your reservation before the room key is issued. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

- MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP will provide you with updates on seasonal promotions via direct mail or email to the address, email address, and other contact information you have registered in our system.
