I now realize how incredibly lucky I was to land at this hotel when first arriving to Japan. Altho it should have been booked online to get the lowest price, the staff helped me out, in English no less, since I was having so much difficulty. I didn't give a rating then because the room was the tiniest I'd ever laid eyes on, but that of course turns out to be typical, particularly for any cheaper room. Their breakfast buffet was full featured (for this budget traveler anyways) so I'd recommend adding if not already included. The swimming pool and hot tub were also a very nice bonus, plus there's a 24-hour convenience store inside the building. This is an airport hotel after all, the free shuttle kind, and there's always sort of a dead spot around large airports. So you have everything you need right there. I don't particularly like the money exchange machine, but this is what you find at hotels in Japan if you're lucky enough to find anything. I did use that brand a few days later, and it's not unreasonable, certainly convenient. So all in all very favorable and a real treat to be able to take advantage of the extra services.
