I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Maihama. The room was of a decent Japanese standard size and very clean, which I truly appreciated. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disneysea, as there's a convenient free shuttle bus to the park. Breakfast was a delightful highlight – hearty, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disneysea. Highly recommended!

Love the foot massager! Walking distance to Disneysea, or take the free shuttle bus. Room is designed effectively with sockets at bedside. Adults and kids love the bathtub

We chose this hotel for it's location to Disneyland and DisneySea. It's very close by and there is a shuttle bus between the hotel, Maihama train station, Disneyland, and DisneySea (even though DisneySea is much closer by foot). Note: The stop/pick up at Maihama train station is at the bus bay area, not directly at the train station, although it's really a stone's throw away. I didn't take photos of my room, but it was very comfortable and the shower was great - temperature and water pressure! Breakfast is ¥1600 if you reserve with the front desk in advance, otherwise it'll be ¥1800. That's great value for what was offered and I took some photos of the spread. The food was tasty and they had a good spread, just perfect for my family :) I would definitely recommend this hotel, and when I come back to Disneyland/DisneySea, I'll stay here at this hotel again. PS. I could even see the volcano at Disneysea from my room door!
