Amazing capsule hotel! I stayed in various capsule hotels on my trip to Japan and this was by far the best hotel! Clean capsules, TVs, capsule luggage locker, laundry service and vending machines every other floor, very clean facilities, big toilet rooms, and clean and private shower rooms. If every capsule hotel followed this standard traveling would be so fun.

This was my second capsule hotel experience and I quite enjoyed the bed setup and appreciated the lock for luggage space underneath the bed area. Bathrooms were nice and large even had a bathtub in one of the shower stalls. They graciously held onto my luggage after check out which was helpful and close by lots of great food options. I stayed on a female only floor which made me feel extra safe.

Great value for money capsule hotel! Would highly recommend. Stayed in an all female dorm. There is no top bunk and bottom bunk situation. Each person had their own capsule on the 'higher' bunk, with the area below the bed serving as a storage area. Each guest is given three sets of towels, and sleeping clothes. I only stayed for one night so definitely took advantage of the clothes so I don't have to unpack my own pajamas. Shared toilets were very, very nice. My floor had four shower rooms and one with a bathtub. Perhaps one downside is that there is only one toilet cubicle so if you have emergency and can't wait, that might be a problem. Hairdryers and complimentary toothbrush sets also available in the toilet. Oh yes, complimentary soap, shampoo and toilet were from the DHC brand. Lobby is on the second floor. You can leave your luggage there for storage before check-in or after check-out time. There is a well-utilised seating area with tables and chairs at night where guests eat combini food, have late night snacks or work from their laptops.

The capsul was really clean and large. I appreciated the pyjama, towel and toilletries that came in a small basket. I didn't really need the TV. The locker is right under the bed which makes it very convenient and accessible. House rules say you can not rearrange your luggage though at night and early morning, because of the noise. The bathroom can become quite tight when there are 3 or more people. The common area on the 2nd floor is where people eat, drink and have conversations. They have an amazing manga area. The self service machines didn't really look that inviting. I can recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights. Any longer, I would recommend a place with more privacy and space
