The hotel is located at a favorable site that can be reached from beaches and the remote island ferry terminal, as well as the bus terminal and other major bases of transportation by car in five to ten minutes, in spite of its position on higher ground lined by city streets of Ishigaki City. The largest banquet hall on Ishigaki Island, "Yaeyama," accommodates 400 people in a buffet dining setup and 600 people in a theater setup and can be subdivided into medium-sized halls that can accommodate 190 people, 130 people and 70 people in a buffet dining setup.
